3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment is required at the time of booking or service completion, depending on the service.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to full charges.
  

4. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Ohana Pet Resort for appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP.” Standard messaging rates may apply.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Ohana Pet Resort is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or behavioral changes that may occur while your pet is in our care.

• While we take precautions to ensure safety, pet boarding and daycare involve inherent risks, and we are not liable for any accidents or incidents beyond our control.

• Owners assume full responsibility for their pets’ behavior and any damages caused by their pets to our property or other animals.

7. Termination of Services

Ohana Pet Resort reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a pet exhibits aggressive behavior, is sick, or if the owner violates any of these Terms.
