Policies & Procedures

We understand that life happens and plans get changed. To avoid cancellation fees please be aware of our cancellation policies.

Deposits:

  • For all boarding stays, a 50% deposit is required upon booking.

  • Your deposit will be refunded, less the credit card fee, if the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before the first night's stay (excluding Holidays/Spring Break).

  • Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours of your reservation results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Holidays/ Spring Break

  • For stays during Holidays and Spring Break, deposits will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the boarding stay's commencement. Deposits for reservations cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours will be refunded to store credit less the credit card fee.

  • Failure to cancel prior to 72 hours of your reservation results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

  • Please note: All Holiday/Spring Break stays require a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Before making a reservation, please ensure that your pet has met our health and vaccination requirements. Your pet's well-being is our top priority.

Medication Administration:

We strive to provide the best care for your feline companions during their stay. Please note our policy regarding administering medication to cats:

  • A fee of $5 per administration will apply if we need to manually pill your cat.

  • No charge if your cat willingly takes their medication in a pill pocket or treat.

  • For the safety of our staff, we will not attempt to pill cats who bite.

Cats:

Dogs:

We strive to provide the best care for your feline companions during their stay. Please note our policy regarding administering medication to cats:

  • For the safety of our staff, we will not attempt to pill dogs who bite.

Cancellation Policies:

We do not board pets that require injectable medications. They are best boarded at a veterinarian facility.

Additional Fees:

  • Check-ins before 12:00 pm and/or check-outs after 12:00 pm will incur an additional half-day fee.

  • Private Play with a staff member only $8/day

  • Separate from suitemates to feed $5/meal

  • Bordetella Oral Vaccination $35

  • Fromm Gold House Food $5 day

  • Lunch Feeding Fee: A $5 fee applies for lunch feeding in Aloha Daycare to cover seperated suite use and cleaning. Lunch is included in Tiki Cabana Suite Daycare upon request.
